Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Travel Translate Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of Travel Translate Pro.

License to Use

Travel Translate Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to: (a) modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels.

Offline Translation Service

The App provides offline translation capabilities using Google ML Kit. While we strive for accuracy, translations are provided "as is" and may not be suitable for critical communications. The quality of translations depends on the complexity of the text and the language pair involved. We recommend verification of important translations through multiple sources.

Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech

The App includes speech recognition and text-to-speech features that process audio locally on your device. These features may not work perfectly in all environments or with all accents and dialects. The quality of speech recognition depends on factors including background noise, pronunciation, and device microphone quality.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of content you input for translation
• Verifying translations for critical or sensitive communications
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of others
• Not using the App for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
• Maintaining the security of your device and the App

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App for:

• Translating copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Creating or distributing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the App
• Commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Travel Translate Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

Language Models and Third-Party Content

The App utilizes Google ML Kit for offline translation capabilities. While these models are integrated into our App, they remain subject to Google's terms and conditions. The vocabulary and phrase collections included in the App are curated for travel purposes and may include content from various sources, properly attributed where applicable.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of translations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• Security against all possible threats
• Fitness for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL TRANSLATE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Emergency Use Disclaimer

While the App includes emergency phrases and contact information, it should not be your sole means of emergency communication. In life-threatening situations, contact local emergency services directly using established emergency numbers (such as 911, 112, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy of emergency contact information or the consequences of relying solely on the App during emergencies.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.

Governing Law
